Annual Maintenance Contract [AMC] Terms & Conditions
1. On-Site Support:
- To address desktop or laptop issues, our AMC service includes up to three (3) on-site visits per computer per quarter (three-month period). This provides proactive and responsive support to maintain your systems' optimal performance.
2. Scope of Service (Parts Exclusion):
- Our AMC service provides comprehensive technical support and maintenance labor. Please note that this agreement does not cover the cost of replacement parts. In the event of hardware failure requiring component replacement, the client will be responsible for the procurement and associated expenses of the necessary parts. We will provide assistance and guidance in identifying and sourcing compatible components.
3. Contractual Agreement and Payment:
- To initiate AMC services, a formal contract, outlining the terms and conditions, must be executed by both parties.
- Payment for the full annual service fee is required in advance, coinciding with the contract signing. This ensures uninterrupted service and allows us to prioritize your IT needs.
